The
first time I heard the word Ergonomics when our instructor asked about it, I
have really no idea! Our instructor said that it is the Science of Human
engineering. What I learned about it is through natural ways we can make our
work easier and comfortable so that our body can function well. I'm glad to know and understand
the proper positioning of the body while using a computer because I have problems while using it, my back aches, my neck, my shoulders, in the end, I cant finish my work earlier.
When I got home and
to see my father that he is not in good position while using our computer, I immediately told him all that I know what he must do, and to see him obeying me, it's really
overwhelming and he also laughs at me because of what I have done. He told me
that I am really learning at La Verdad! I'm so proud. One of my funniest and
memorable experience with my father.
I hope that most of us are following the right thing for it is our own advantage.
